Returns​

From the day the item arrives with you, you have 14 days to return the item FOR FREE  (excluding overseas)

Exchange/Refunds

​

DUE TO BEING A LOGISTICAL NIGHTMARE, FROM 14/07 WE WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERING EXCHANGES. 

​

Look we get it, you got to try it on to see if it fits. But don't go wearing it down the pub, cover it in aftershave, spill kebab over it, wash it or tumble dry it and still expect us to exchange it because after a week you think actually it's a bit snug.

​

If you return an item to us in an unacceptable condition (worn, damaged, etc.) or outside of the returns window, we won't be able to give you a refund or an exchange. If we have to send an item back to you because it's in an unacceptable condition or outside the return window, you will be asked to cover the delivery costs. If you do not pay these costs, we will keep the item and use it as a hand towel.

PLEASE NOTE: We may not have the replacement size you require for exchange. In this instance a full refund will be issued automatically upon receiving your return. You are welcome to email us before returning your item at deadbadgerco@gmail.com to check stock levels.

Shipping

We ship everyday! You order, it goes in a bag, a label is created, it then magically gets into the posting system and it will arrive in 2 to 4 days!

International Shipping

Due to currently being unable to find a suitable logistics partner, we are no longer taking international orders. However we are working to change this.

​

​Sizing

Sizing is true. Order the right size. However if you're inbetween sizes or unsure, order a size up.
