Yes, I am aware this is in the FAQs as well but it seems that wasn't clear enough. So now I've made an entire section dedicated to it. Isn't it lucky.​​

From the day the item arrives with you, you have 14 days to return the item FOR FREE (excluding overseas)

Please note: I am many things. IT support is not one of them. Your printer communication error is not my concern. My only advice will be to throw it from a tall bridge, a fitting end for man's most hated piece of technology.

Exchange/Refunds

DUE TO BEING A LOGISTICAL NIGHTMARE, FROM 14/07/25 WE WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERING EXCHANGES.

Look we get it, you got to try it on to see if it fits. But don't go wearing it down the pub, cover it in aftershave, spill kebab over it, wash it or tumble dry it and still expect us to exchange it because after a week you think actually it's a bit snug.

If you return an item to us in an unacceptable condition (worn, damaged, etc.) or outside of the returns window, we won't be able to give you a refund or an exchange. If we have to send an item back to you because it's in an unacceptable condition or outside the return window, you will be asked to cover the delivery costs. If you do not pay these costs, we will keep the item and use it as a hand towel.

PLEASE NOTE: We may not have the replacement size you require for exchange. In this instance a full refund will be issued automatically upon receiving your return. You are welcome to email us before returning your item at deadbadgerco@gmail.com to check stock levels.
