Yes, I am aware this is in the FAQs as well but it seems that wasn't clear enough. So now I've made an entire section dedicated to it. Isn't it lucky.​​

From the day the item arrives with you, you have 14 days to return the item FOR FREE (excluding overseas)

Please note: I am many things. IT support is not one of them. Your printer communication error is not my concern. My only advice will be to throw it from a tall bridge, a fitting end for man's most hated piece of technology.

WE NO LONGER OFFER EXCHANGES.

WE ARE AWARE YOU ARE GIVEN THE OPTION TO SELECT "EXCHANGE" IN THE RETURNS PROCESS​. HOWEVER THIS IS NOT THE CASE AS WE ARE UNABLE TO REMOVE THIS OPTION

Look we get it, you got to try it on to see if it fits. But don't go wearing it down the pub, cover it in aftershave, spill kebab over it, wash it or tumble dry it and still expect us to refund it because after a week you think actually it's a bit snug.

If you return an item to us in an unacceptable condition (worn, damaged, etc.) or outside of the returns window, we won't be able to give you a refund. If we have to send an item back to you because it's in an unacceptable condition or outside the return window, you will be asked to cover the delivery costs. If you do not pay these costs, we will keep the item and use it as a hand towel. ​
